The Nikon TC20E II Teleconverter is a 2x teleconverter, meaning it can effectively double the magnification of select Nikon camera lenses. This increased focal length provides you better success in certain telephoto fields, such as sports and wildlife photography, without you having to spend too much money on expensive telephoto lenses. This teleconverter results in a light loss of 2 f-stops, so it is recommended for use with lenses with a maximum aperture of f2.8 or greater.

The Nikon TC20E II Teleconverter features a high-quality design of 7 elements in 6 groups, meaning the excellent image quality of your attached Nikon lens is maintained.
