Mopeka Tank Check Spacer Pack for LPG Cylinders

Precision Aluminium Spacers for Mopeka Tank Check Sensors

Ensure Accurate LPG Level Readings with Optimal Sensor Clearance

The Mopeka Tank Check Spacer Pack provides a simple yet essential upgrade for your Mopeka Tank Check monitoring system. Designed to fit most 4kg and 9kg LPG cylinders, these four precision-engineered aluminium spacers create the ideal 7 mm clearance between the cylinder’s foot ring and the ultrasonic sensor. This ensures consistent, accurate measurements and a stronger wireless signal, eliminating the guesswork from LPG management.

Without proper spacing, sensors can sit too close to the cylinder base, leading to signal interference and unreliable readings. These spacers solve that problem by elevating the sensor to the manufacturer-recommended position, improving both measurement accuracy and Bluetooth range. Whether you’re monitoring gas levels in a caravan, RV, boat, or off-grid home, this spacer pack helps you get the most from your Mopeka system.

Key Features

• Optimised Sensor Clearance: Adds 7 mm of space for reliable ultrasonic readings and reduced signal interference.
• Durable Aluminium Construction: Corrosion-resistant and built to withstand harsh outdoor and mobile environments.
• Simple Clip-On Installation: Securely attaches to the foot ring of most 4kg and 9kg LPG cylinders without tools.
• Enhanced Wireless Range: Elevating the sensor minimises obstructions, delivering a stronger Bluetooth connection to your monitoring device.
• Complete 4-Piece Set: Includes four spacers, enough to outfit one cylinder for stable, balanced support.

Compatible Applications

These spacers are ideal for anyone relying on LPG in mobile or remote settings:

• Caravans and camper trailers
• Motorhomes and RVs
• Marine vessels
• Off-grid cabins and tiny homes
• Industrial and commercial LPG setups

Why Spacing Matters for Ultrasonic Sensors

Mopeka’s ultrasonic sensors measure tank levels by bouncing sound waves off the liquid surface. For accurate readings, the sensor requires a specific distance from the cylinder base. Without spacers, the sensor may sit too close, causing signal distortion and erratic level data. The Mopeka Tank Check Spacer Pack provides the exact clearance specified by the manufacturer, ensuring your sensor performs as intended. This is particularly important in mobile environments where vibration and movement can shift sensor positioning.

Built for Australian Conditions

Constructed from high-grade aluminium, these spacers resist corrosion from moisture, salt, and road grime. They are designed to handle the temperature extremes and rugged conditions common in Australian outdoor adventures, from coastal boating to outback caravanning. The clip-on design ensures a firm grip on the cylinder foot ring, preventing dislodgement during transit.
