You dont have to settle for lower-quality gear if you want a lightweight and compact kit, as this Canon EOS M100 proves. A suitable addition to the EOS M Mirrorless range, the M100 combines a compact and travel-friendly build, with high-performance imaging, to present beginners with their first, easy step into the interchangeable lens world. At the heart of this camera is a high-resolution 24.2MP APS-C sensor, which provides images of very high detail, with the added bonus of the ability to zoom and crop with confidence in the editing stage. Also adding to the functionality of the camera is Canons DIGIC 7 processor, which delivers fast operating speeds, 4 frames per second continuous shooting rate, and the speedy and smooth focus speeds of the Dual Pixel CMOS AF system.

As well as being a premium stills shooter, the EOS M100 is a great video shooter, with the availability of Full HD video at 60p. The 3-inch LCD screen at the rear of the camera, is 180 degrees tiltable, allowing you to shoot it as you would a camcorder, as well as use it to enhance your selfie and vlogging performance. The touch-sensitivity of this screen is also a benefit to your user experience, allowing for touch focus, and faster navigation of menus. Once you have completed your shoot, you will be eager to share your results with the whole wide world, which the EOS M100 provides with ease, thanks to the built-in WiFi and NFC connectivity.
