The Phottix Premio Black Backing is a professional-grade light modifier accessory designed to enhance your 85cm (33 inch) Premio Shoot-Through Umbrella. This reflective backing fits over the open side of the umbrella and blocks light transmission, transforming your shoot-through setup into a focused reflector system. When installed, the backing delivers approximately 2 stops of additional neutral-coloured reflected light whilst yielding snappier contrast compared to traditional bounce umbrellas. The convex white umbrella surface works in concert with the backing to create softbox-like lighting characteristics, offering exceptional control over light spill and directional output.
